Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet our clients\' unique business requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, understanding their financial processes and objectives, and leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional solutions. Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: - Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications to align with clients\' business processes and requirements.
- Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows to enhance system usability and efficiency.
Consultation and Analysis: - Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for financial process optimization.
Training and Support: - Provide comprehensive training to clients\' end-users on Oracle Fusion Financials applications and functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or concerns related to the system.
- Ensure smooth transition and adoption of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions within client organizations.
Project Management: - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within deadlines.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification preferred.
